At Female Specific Training, we offer both semi-private and personal training options that are tailored to your unique needs and fitness goals. Our semi-private training sessions are limited to just 5 clients, ensuring an intimate setting where our coaches can provide personalised attention and support. During each session, we focus on a combination of strength training, corrective exercises, and cycle syncing techniques to help you achieve your fitness goals while minimising the risk of injury.

For a more personalised approach, we also offer personal training sessions, with a focus on corrective movement patterns, cycle syncing, and individualised programming.

Our 'Cycle Syncing' Strength class is a unique and effective workout designed specifically for women. We understand that women's bodies go through different hormonal changes throughout the month, and their lives, which can affect their strength and energy levels. That's why our class is designed to help women sync their workouts with their menstrual cycle, or menopause, maximising their results and minimising the risk of injury.
Using a combination of bodyweight exercises, free weights, and resistance bands, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of strength-building exercises that are tailored to each phase of your cycle, and life.
This class is suitable for women of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We create a supportive and inclusive environment where women can come together to improve their overall health and wellness, while also syncing their workouts with their menstrual cycle.
FLOW
Tuesday
A ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts!
BALANCE
Wednesday
Our Balance class is a fun and unique workout that utilises bodyweight strength exercises, rings, and parallel bars to help you build core strength and improve your balance. This class is designed to be engaging and dynamic, with exercises that will challenge you in new and exciting ways.
In this class, you will learn to control your body in space and build a strong foundation of core strength and stability using rings and parallel bars. These pieces of equipment allow for a greater range of motion and challenge your body in new ways, helping you to improve your overall strength and balance. Our instructors will guide you through each exercise, providing modifications and adjustments to ensure that you are safely and effectively progressing towards your goals.
FUSION
Friday
Our Fusion class is a dynamic and challenging workout that combines breath-work, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise to help you improve your performance, balance, stability, mobility, and strength. In this class, you will learn to synchronize your breath with movement to improve your focus, energy, and overall performance.
Our highly trained and experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that incorporate breath-work to help you build cardiovascular endurance, reduce stress, and improve your overall health and well-being. We will also incorporate strength training and mobility techniques to help you build muscle, improve your range of motion, and prevent injury.

P-REHAB & BREATH-WORK

Our P-Rehab and Breath-Work class is designed to help you prevent injury, improve mobility, and promote optimal health and recovery. In this class, you will learn a variety of techniques to help you correct muscle imbalances, improve your range of motion, and prevent pain and injury.
