This 8-week specialist course is designed for coaches ready to support women during peri-menopause and beyond. Upon completion you will receive a NASM & ACE certificate, gaining 1.4 CEU's.

Cycle-Informed Coach

Next intake: July 21st – Register by July 10th

This 12-week mentorship is your essential foundation for working with women of reproductive age. You'll learn how to align training, nutrition, and recovery strategies with each phase of the menstrual cycle to reduce PMS, improve results, and avoid burnout. Upon completion you will receive a NASM & ACE certificate, gaining 1.4 CEU's.
